4. Health Requirements and Waivers

Before your first session, you must:

• Complete a health questionnaire honestly and thoroughly
• Sign a liability waiver and release form
• Disclose any medical conditions, medications, or health concerns
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff

You acknowledge that cryotherapy may not be suitable for everyone and that certain medical conditions may contraindicate treatment.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be booked through our authorized booking system (Vagaro)
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to equipment issues, staff availability, or safety concerns

• We accept payment methods as displayed on our booking platform
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our cancellation policy
